My name is Irene and I have been a practising counsellor in Milton Keynes for the past 15 years. I believe that the care, warmth and compassion which are central to the way I work will put you at your ease and help you to express what it is that concerns you. The therapy I provide offers you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.


Counselling in Milton Keynes, I work with adults of all ages on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

I am experienced in helping clients with a very wide range of issues. If I do not think that I am the right counsellor for you, I will always refer you on, suggesting several other approaches you can make.

My counselling practice is based within Milton Keynes and easily accessible from Bedford, Luton, Leighton Buzzard and Northampton. It is just 5 minutes from Junction 14 of the M1 and less than 10 minutes from the A5.

I also provide integrative supervision to practising counsellors and other professionals.
